Celebrating Joe Kunsch

This February, we celebrated a very special anniversary at LASER COMPONENTS: Johannes »Joe« Kunsch has been not only a valued colleague for 35 years but also a key figure in the international infrared community. Over the decades, Joe has not only accompanied the company’s growth – he has shaped it in many ways, enriching LASER COMPONENTS both technically and strategically.

As a recognized expert in long wavelengths, Joe has been instrumental in expanding our infrared portfolio. But above all, he is a dedicated networker who thrives at the intersection of industry and science. With the IR WORKshop, he created a platform that now attracts leading international experts to Olching and has firmly positioned LASER COMPONENTS as an important partner in the infrared community.
