Pure Silica SM Fibers
GI multimode fibers with germanium-doped quartz glass cores of 62.5 μm and 50 μm diameter are used in high- bandwidth sensors and other applications. Their high-temperature acrylate coating protects them from extraordinary mechanical stresses and withstands temperatures of up to 150°C.
