The response of these photodiodes is optimized in the 800 nm to 1700 nm region and offers a sensitivity of 0.9 A/W and 0.95 A/W respectively at 1300 and 1550 nm.
A large choice of active surfaces is available from 500µm, 1 mm, 1.5 mm, 2 mm, 3 mm and 5 mm diameters.
These InGaAs photodiodes are mounted in TO18, TO46, TO5 or TO8 metal packages or on S2 or S3 alumina bases, depending on the active area.
All our photodiodes are manufactured using passivated planar technology, the photosensitive surfaces of our photodiodes are treated with broadband AR.
