Fiber-coupled VCSELs for fiber optical data transmission as well as for measurement devices and optical sensors.
Fiber-Coupled VCSEL
LASER COMPONENTS offers a comprehensive range of VCSELs – fiber coupled, free beam, or in an optical connector.
The fiber coupled diodes are available with FC, ST, or SC receptacles or with a core diameter of 9 to 100 µm for the fiber coupled versions. The fiber end is either open or terminated with an optical connector (PC or APC polishing can also be done).
Depending on the integrated diode, an output power of up to 4 mW can be achieved.
Other wavelengths, pin connections, and customer-specific VCSELs are available on request.
Applications
These diodes are used in fiber optical data transmission, measurement devices, optical sensors, and Ethernet networks.
