The FLEXPOINT® MV12 laser module is designed for industrial image processing applications and is particularly versatile.
Easy installation with M12 external thread
The stainless steel housing of the MV12 has an M12 external thread. This allows it to be quickly screwed into existing threads or holes in production equipment. An M12 connector provides the electrical connection as standard.
Powell lens from our own production
Thanks to the high-quality Powell lens, the MV12 laser module delivers a precise and consistently homogeneous line and, with its excellent line properties, is perfectly tailored to the requirements of industrial image processing, such as inspection or 3D triangulation.
Many wavelengths and beam angles
A wide range of wavelengths between 405 nm and 850 nm is available, as well as various beam angles from 5° to 90°. Thanks to variable focus, the ratio between line thickness and depth of field can be optimized individually for each application.
